Refund policy
Charges paid by you for completed and delivered orders are final and non-refundable. Brocco has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them, in each case in Brocco’s sole discretion. We have a return/refund policy "case-per-case" basis, which means you have to contact us to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at brocco.io.app@gmail.com and explain what was wrong with the delivery. We will contact the provider - the restaurant responsible for the delivery you want to refund and will let them know about your request,
If your reasons are valid and refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund instructions on how to receive.

Issues
Please inspect your delivery order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the food is damaged or if you receive the wrong plan, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable deliveries
Certain types of issues cannot be refunded, like if the perishable food was not consumed upon delivery, it will perish fast but not because of the provider. The raw food ingredients are as much organic as possible and they are perish faster in comparison with the food you can find in the ordinary stores. All deliveries are custom made (personalized), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Feedback
You agree that any submission of any ideas, suggestions, and/or proposals to Brocco through its suggestion, feedback, wiki, forum or similar pages (“Feedback”) is at your own risk and that Brocco has no obligations (including without limitation, obligations of confidentiality) with respect to such Feedback. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the Feedback and you hereby grant to Brocco a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully sublicenseable right and license to use, copy, display, publish, modify, remove, publicly perform, translate, create derivative works, distribute and/or otherwise use such Feedback.
