Communications with Brocco

By creating a Brocco account when buying the plan or gift cards, you electronically agree to accept and receive service and communications from Brocco, Contractors, or third parties providing services to Brocco including via email, text message, calls, and push notifications to the cellular telephone number you provided to Brocco. You understand and agree that you may receive communications generated by automatic telephone dialing systems and/or which will deliver prerecorded messages sent by or on behalf of Brocco, its affiliated companies and/or Contractors/providers, including but not limited to communications concerning orders placed through your account on the Services.

Message and data rates may apply. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, text messages, or other communications, you may change your notification preferences by accessing Settings in your account. For purposes of clarity, delivery text messages between you and Providers are transactional text messages, not promotional text messages.
